Your Eating Plan
You may not realize this but you probably already have a six pack but they are hidden under a layer of body fat on your stomach. You have got the six pack from the activities you do normally everyday. Getting rid of the body fat layer is the challenge. Your Exercise Plan
This part is called sweat equity You basically have to build the abs up to have them show but do not just do sit ups and crunches. Make it part of your routine to get bigger all over. Without 100% effort you are wasting your time as you will wreck all your good work by doing the wrong thing. Don’t expect a grouse set of abs in two weeks. Give yourself twelve weeks at the bare minimum.
