Facial Exercise To Remove Signs Of Aging

If you want to have a younger looking face without spending to much on facial products or injections? Then try to eliminate the signs of aging by just doing this simple facial exercise. This very natural and need not to spend money to achieve younger looking skin.

Smiling is the most common thing people do, specially when they are happy or just feeling happy. It does not just brighten your day but also gives positive response to people around you. This gesture gives a good start in this exercise.

Smiling is only one of many face exercises that will improve your facial muscles and tighten your skin. Pulling your lips down with your cheek muscles and creating a frown is also a great exerciser. (It’s not as fun to do in public though so maybe practice this one at home). To start, you can alternate between smiling and frowning doing up to 10 repetitions each 5 times throughout the day. Smiling, though, can be done as often as you like. Smiling is good for the face and for the soul.

Another way to strengthen and tighten the muscles around your mouth is to purse your lips as if to blow a kiss then widen the ‘O’ of your mouth, a bit like a fish. Yes, it sounds ridiculous and it probably looks a little silly but it is a great way to build up those muscles and reduce lines.

To exercise the muscle of your forehead, you can simply raise and lower your eyebrows. This is to reduce the appearance of lines creases. if you are able to pull your ears back, this will also help in tightening the muscle around and under the eyes plus it gives you a smooth feeling.

Exercise the muscle in your chin by tilting your head back looking at the ceiling while opening and closing your your jaw. This can be easily done during TV commercials. This would help in the strengthening the sagging muscle of the chin.

All of the exercises for face strengthening mentioned above (except smiling, which is limitless) should be done a minimum of 10 repetitions 5 times throughout the day. It takes very little time and provides amazing results. You will be surprised and delighted.

These facial exercises will organically remove the signs of aging as you continue to do them. They are fun and easy and you really have no reason not to try them out!
